Effective therapy for the treatment of pain, movement disorders and chronic ailments. Individualized approach, safety and working with the cause of the problem.
I provide comprehensive therapy, helping to safely and consciously get rid of pain and restore your body to full function. With a personalized approach, we eliminate not only pain, but also mobility restrictions or digestive disorders that affect your daily well-being. Osteopathic therapy allows us to effectively get to the root of the problem, rather than just relieving symptoms in adults, adolescents and children.
My name is
Krzysztof Bystrzejewski
Osteopath / Physiotherapist
I am an osteopath and physiotherapist with many years of clinical experience, a graduate of the Silesian Medical University in Katowice at the Faculty of Health Sciences (major: Physiotherapy) and the Flanders International College of Osteopathy – a renowned international five-year school of osteopathy. On a daily basis, I combine academic knowledge with a modern osteopathic approach, treating the body as a whole – a system of interrelated structures. I work with full commitment, empathy and passion, always focusing on the cause of the problem, not just its symptoms. My goal is to treat at the highest possible level, which is why I regularly participate in specialized training courses in osteopathy and physiotherapy, conducted by world-class lecturers. In parallel, I constantly deepen my knowledge by analyzing the current medical literature and keeping up to date with the latest effective therapeutic methods.

Training and qualification
Having completed dozens of specialized courses allows me to use proven, safe and effective methods of therapy. This ensures that each session is tailored to the patient’s needs and health.

WHAT IS OSTEOPATHY
Definition of osteopathy according to the British Standard (used by the General Osteopathic Council, among others):
Osteopathy is a system of diagnosing, treating and preventing health problems, which is based on manual contact, detailed knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and the assumption that the structure and function of the body are closely related, and that the body has the ability to self-regulate and self-heal.
In British practice, this definition emphasizes that an osteopath:
- Assesses the patient holistically (holistic),
- Uses manual techniques (e.g., mobilizations, manipulations, soft tissue work),
- treats the body as an integrated whole, rather than a collection of separate systems,
- supports the body’s natural healing mechanisms instead of replacing them.

- analysis of pregnancy, childbirth and neonatal period
- observation of motor development, posture and muscle tone

- Soft tissue, fascial, functional, cranial techniques
